Instagram data
To remove the Instagram data Guahva holds about you:
- In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites, find Guahva and remove it, or
- in your Guahva creator dashboard, choose Your accounts → Disconnect beside Instagram, or
- request deletion from Meta’s settings. Meta notifies us automatically.
When that happens we delete your access token and remove the copied Instagram profile, posts/Reels catalog, comments/replies and Instagram-origin campaign measurements. Meta data-deletion requests return a confirmation code that you can check on this page. Details you submitted yourself in the Guahva application are separate; request their deletion below.
TikTok data
To disconnect TikTok, open TikTok’s settings, go to Security and permissions → Apps and services, and remove Guahva. TikTok notifies us and we delete your access and refresh tokens straight away, so we can no longer read anything from your account.
To also remove the TikTok profile data we copied (username, picture and counts), email us as described below.
Everything else
To delete your creator profile, a brief, or your brand contact details, email hello@guahva.com from the address you used, or include your Instagram or TikTok handle. We confirm within 30 days. We may keep records we’re legally required to keep, such as invoices.
